Agreement to Terms

Welcome to DoneRight Norwalk Towing. By using our services, you agree to follow these terms. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

Our Services

We provide towing and roadside assistance services in Norwalk, CT and surrounding areas. Our services include emergency towing, flatbed towing, roadside assistance, and more. We'll do our best to help you quickly and safely.

Service availability depends on factors like weather, traffic, and our current workload. We can't guarantee specific response times, but we always work as fast as we can to reach you.

Payment and Pricing

You agree to pay for all services we provide. We'll give you a price estimate before we start work. Final costs may vary based on actual conditions, distance, or special equipment needed. Payment is due when service is complete unless we've agreed to other terms.

We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. If your payment fails or is declined, you're still responsible for the full amount owed.

Your Responsibilities

When you request our services, you need to:

• Provide accurate information about your location and vehicle
• Tell us about any special conditions that might affect the tow
• Remove all personal belongings from your vehicle before towing
• Have proper identification and proof of vehicle ownership
• Follow safety instructions from our team

Liability and Insurance

We carry proper insurance and take care when handling your vehicle. However, some situations are beyond our control. We're not responsible for:

• Damage that existed before we arrived
• Items left inside the vehicle
• Hidden mechanical issues that appear during or after towing
• Delays caused by weather, traffic, or other factors we can't control

If you believe we damaged your vehicle, you must report it immediately. We'll work with you and our insurance company to resolve any valid claims.

Cancellations

You can cancel your service request at any time. If you cancel after our truck is already on the way, you may be charged a trip fee to cover our costs. We'll let you know about any fees before finalizing the cancellation.

Storage and Impound

If we tow your vehicle to our facility or another location, storage fees may apply. These fees start accruing after a grace period and continue daily until you pick up your vehicle. You're responsible for all storage charges.

Disputes

If you have a problem with our service, please contact us right away. We'll do our best to resolve any issues quickly and fairly. Any disputes that can't be resolved will be handled according to Connecticut state law.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services means you accept any changes.
